Happy Chinese New Year!! Year of the Horse 2014

Happy Chinese New Year!! We say good-bye to the year of the Snake and hello to the year of the Horse. This is not only the year of the Horse but it this the year of the Wood Horse meaning it is in the Earth element. In Chinese Astrology they view things as Yin meaning feminine and Yang meaning masculine. Last  year when we were in the year of the Snake it was in  water. Now what these means my dears is that we were in a very feminine, introverted, state of mind.  We were all about our feelings, thoughts, and thus planted the seeds of our manifestations. That being said with us being in the year of the Horse we are ready to take action, and see our manifestations, thrive, and grow. No more thinking, just doing.
So far we are barely two months into this new year and it seems like this is a year of action. So with that in mind pay very close attention to your thoughts, what you say, and most importantly what your intentions are. As we are in a time of manifesting energy. Our thoughts, can make things happen, so remember always to think positively.
So you are probably wondering how do I know what's my sign in Chinese Astrology. Well fear not your Astrology Diva has the answer. Unlike Western Astrology Chinese Astrology does not base their Astrology Signs by the month a person is born rather the year. And this is how it goes:
1. Rat
2. Ox
3. Tiger
4. Rabbit or Hare
5. Dragon
6. Snake
7. Horse
8. Goat
9. Monkey
10. Rooster
11. Dog
12. Pig
Below is  a chart to find your sign. I am an Ox.

Love is in the Air

Hello my lovelies, it's your Astrology Diva here to talk to about love & romance!! It's  February which means love is in the air!! Valentine's Day is just right around the corner. It is a time to show an appreciation for your significant others as well as have love in your life, and more importantly to have love for yourself. However this is a holiday that brings on more stress and bitter feelings than Thanksgiving and Christmas combined. Why do you ask? Great expectations. For those that are coupled up to be uber-romantic and give the "perfect gift"  have the "perfect date" and have an experience that can only be read about in a "Nicholas Sparks novel. Conversely for those of us that are single there is a pressure to get coupled up so we won't have to tell our friends and family "no worries I'm spending Valentine's Day alone....again." However it really doesn't have to be. Valentine's Day should be fun, fl...

Born on the Same Day; Different Personalities

Hello lovelies, it's your Astrology Diva here to tell you about how two people can share the same birthday and have vastly different personalities.       I am talking about individuals who share the same birthday but were born in different years. Those that have the same exact birthdate. month, day, year are the exception to this rule. Many people believe that astrology signs are one size fits all. Meaning all Pisces are the same. True individuals under the sign of Pisces will have the same traits. Each person will have their own astrology make up. This will cause a difference in personality.         There is so much information that goes into a persons birth chart. From the time a baby is born the planets are constantly changing and depending on where they land will have  huge impact on what other elements they will have in their chart, if they will be a fixed sign, cardinal sign...

Take the Leap of Faith this Leap Year

Happy Leap Day & Leap Year my lovelies !! It's your Astrology Diva here once again to talk to you about this Leap Year. As you may know Leap Years come around every four years. What you may not know is this one is extra special because there is more of a manifesting energy behind it.  We just came off of the Full Moon in Virgo and let me just say this was one mother of a Full Moon! Emotional, unnerving, restless sleeping, moodiness and that was only on the first day.        As I've talked about many times before Full Moons are the ideal time for all of to get rid of things that no longer serve us. Such as self limiting beliefs, anger, resentment. and old hurts. With the Full Moon being in analytical Virgo this forced us to really dig deep to get to the root of the problem. So we could face it once and for all, address, heal from it, and move on!! This is why, this full moon has been so tumultuous for so m...
