Super Moon
Tonight is the night. We've anticipated it, blogged about it, now the wait is over..... no darlings I am not talking about the season finale of "Mad Men" no I am talking about the Super Moon. This is the closest the moon has ever been to Earth and is referred to as the Perigee Moon. What makes this so special that in 2013 not only will the Moon be the closest to Earth but it will also be at it's fullest.
So in astrological terms, it's kind of a big deal. Not to mention that this happening right after the
Summer Solstice. It's rare to have all these planet interact so closely together in such major ways.
With the heavy energies and planets shifting about many people may feel fatigued, irritable, out of sorts, and basically not themselves. Fear not is this all perfectly normal especially during full moons. My advice is to relax. Meditate, drink plenty of water, and stay away from drama, negative people situations and or/ people. Try to get as much sleep as you can, surround yourself with positive people, and do activities that bring you happiness.
Now as I mentioned in my earlier blog that the Sun is now in Cancer the family loving water sign. The Moon however is in Capricorn the Goat Earth Sign. While these two signs are different they do not have to be mutually exclusive. In fact they can work well together. While Cancer likes to keep things status quo and wary of taking risks; Capricorn is there urging the crab (and the rest of the zodiac signs) to get out of our collective comfort zones and see what new horizons there are to conquer. That is why it is so very important to take this opportunity tonight during this Super Moon to banish fear, anger, resentments , and go for what you really desire.
Tonight at 8:00PM people all over are encouraged to say a prayer for peace for themselves, the community they live in, and of course the Planet. You of course can and any other prayers as you see fit. The number 8 is the number of abundance. So please join me and others tonight.
